Bought a supra from northern ireland and 3.0l engine was completely blown so planned on registering it with engine gone then doing a 2.5 engine swap from a soarer...was told in revenue, on phone to revenue and vrt website car has to be running even if that means engine has been swapped...so went in to vrt it the last day and they won't do it cause engine has been changed and said I have to deal with it in UK first, now UK can't do anything cause it has been exported to down here  in desperate need of help

VRT it as a 3l here (ie say nothing about a engine swap) ,then when you get the logbook change the engine on it.
