what disk for the angle grinder

    whats the correct disk to use on the angle grinder for sharpening for example sharpening topper blades/ lawn mower blades etc. is it the cutting disk, flappy sand disk or what?

    A grinding disk.
    With a grinding disk you can safely apply lateral pressure without breaking the disk.
    Best I've found is a thick grinding disk in the 4 inch grinder, it's handy to handle and robust enough not to break.

    Shattering a cutting disk can be a scarey thing and if your not wearing a full face shield it can be sore too.

    I use the flap disc, as it won't overheat the blade.
