FIFA 15 – Season 18 Fixtures and Results Thread

This thread is for the weekly fixtures and results for the coming season of the league ONLY all other posts will be deleted. Use the league banter thread for any talk.

Players are only to play those fixtures listed for the current week - you do not play games in advance unless you have got permission from us via PM due to going on holidays or another reason.

We will be monitoring the number of games played and players found to be falling behind will be warned and then removed from the league. 

You are expected to play the 4 fixtures assigned each week - if you can't play them all catch up the next week but it should not fall behind any further than that.

The results need to be posted by one or both of the players on here and the other give thanks to it. Ideally you both post, don't just leave it expecting the other person to do it.

The league as per the rules is to be played in a sporting manner.

It goes without saying that things like blocking kickout by the keeper or time wasting passing it around the back four aren't tolerated.

The league is always much better when played in a proper sporting manner and played for fun.

Really tight game, was pinned back for much of the first half although not a lot of goalscoring chances. Got one up from a through ball his keeper was favourite for but hesitated. Really good game

lost this due to a combination of things. game machanics decided to go full ret**d (i think 4 of his goals were my players knocking into each other and clearly not known how to tackle) and pace down the wings. plus i spent too much time trying to set team up so none of the changes counted which included 3 of my players that i needed sitting in the reserves.
this is gonna be a fun season

I had more shots and possession but I absolutely stole this game. He went around my keeper at 1 all and missed an open goal. Two stonewall pens that weren't given. Think Napoli suit you better than Bilbao. Gg

I was lucky to get a draw. Created nothing all game and struggled to contain his attacks. He got a player sent off late on for something I didn't see . Good game

Close enough game. Lots of pressure on the ball by Spurs made it tough. They had the better start and went 2-0 up but I had chances in second half that would have made it interesting if one had gone in. Gg

Really Close game here was 2-0 up and cruising then oat lobbed my keeper from near the half way line and put under constant pressure from there on out and i was lucky to get a result in the end rightly happy with getting a win in my 1st game though think I had 5 or 6 games into the league before i got a point the last time

First game in the league and knew it was gonna be a tough one. 2 sloppy goals left me with a massive struggle. Keeper parried both of them into the path of his player for a tap in. Carbon copy for both of them, never got back into it. GG

Great game this, went behind early on and was 2-0 down for a while. Managed to claw it back and get the winner late on once I got a bit of momentum going. GG

This one went right for me, controlled most of the game and gave Spurs only a handful of chances. GG


(Axwell) Roma 2 - 4 Atletico (Capojama)
Went down to a sloppy goal, scramble in the box from a deflection. Struggled to get back into it. Was 2-0 in the second half and went all out attack, left holes at the back and paid the price. Got one back then managed to scrape a second with the last tough of the game. GG

worst game ive played. team was so slow. spent the whole game chasing the ball as i couldn't tackle him or anything. didn't help either with 3 goals tramped across the middle. he deserved the win anyways.

Everything went my way in this game. Scoreline flattered.

Close enough game but he was more clinical. A rare enjoyable defeat.

Everton/Mr Moon vs Wolfsburg/bayushiken 1-3

I was 5-1 up in first game and got a server error at halftime. I thought since it was exactly halftime that we'd play another half and keep the score but apparently not, seems very harsh to punish someone for a fifa server error in that manner. Regardless i managed to win this one. Tho i did think that sprinting from kick off was against the rules and in the first game it happened numerous times.

2nd game was more of a game, the glitches I was getting in the first weren't there. It was 5-1 to him at HT before his connection packed it up. We replayed and he won with two late goals.

Any reports of running from the tip to score are highly exaggerated here.
