Hi, I was told I need a new extractor fan for the RAS but to get it outputted would be a difficult job, does anyone know if the RAS would accept an integrated fan?

    Redundant Acronym Syndrome?

    What's RAS?

I presume you mean rent allowance scheme? What do you mean by integrated fan? Is that a light with a built-in fan? It will still need to be outputted so can't see why it would be any less difficult than an extractor fan. You will have to ask the RAS inspector or whoever deals with that kind of thing what is acceptable.
