    Hi,

I have a question about the AIB Careers portal application process. Hopefully someone who has applied through it and been successful can shed some light on it.

I created an application and submitted it. Now under "Next Steps" it says "New Application(Next Step)"

What does this mean? Should it not say applied or something similar or am i missing something entirely.

    Thanks,
    Lucky

    Hi Lucky,

When applying through the AIB online portal there are three steps that you have to go through.

Firstly you will be required to setting up an account by entering email address and password etc. You will then be asked to complete your Candidate Profile – information on experience, education etc. Finally you will be brought into the application for that specific role.

If there's anything else we can help you with do let us know, you can also contact us directly on Boards at Talk to AskAIB.

    Thanks, Maeve

    Hi,

Just wondering has anyone ever taken up a Customer Service position with AIB.
I have recently applied for one which says it is for a 23 month contract.

I am wondering if anyone has info on what these customer service positions are like, is there genuinely scope for career growth, what is the likelihood of being made permanent after the 23 months are up etc...

Also, what sort of salary can one expect?

    Thanks
