I have this chair that my parents got for me as a child. It has sat in the shed for 20 years, I would like to restore it now. Where do I start

You would need to provide more information on said chair if you want any help from anyone.

What material is it made from? wood? metal? ect.

Pictures of the chair would be best so people can get a better idea of it's condition.
