Waste pipe has come loose

Main waste pipe has come away and needs to be put back into place. Also think I need 3/4 new pipe clips ( steel ) to replace broken plastic ones. Rang a plumber but he told me you'd need someone who does gutters . Anyone know someone in Dundrum area who would do this and how much would it cost?
