This is a really good jacket & a bargain. Good reputable manufacturer & excellent reviews.

Available here at under half price. The jackets are new but have a patch over a logo on the front & back. They are perfect for work, fishing, etc & great value.

Gortex is better but at least 5 times the price. I have worn this for most of the day & it's surprisingly good

Really? I have 5 Gortex jackets. The cheapest was £50 second hand. This jacket is ideal for work where, if it gets torn, it's not the end of the world.

nice. they are bloody expensive alright. have one myself. tore it almost as soon as i got it. like a dog. if you keep an eye on online sales and shop sales, you can get lucky at times. i have seen them for around 100 euro or so in tk maxx, but of course you have to be quick. im keeping an eye out for a gore tex pro myself, but very few are turning up in my price range. probably gonna have to spend a couple of hundred. should have bought one in the first place as my current one cost me 150 euro in a sale and isnt good enough. its also way too big for me. the cheaper gore tex jackets ive found for 100 or so may not suit the needs of many though.
