I mainly done Cardio in the gym but i decided i wanted to start into weightlifting. I have never consistently lifted weights before so starting off i wouldn't need anything fancy.

I started a new job this week and it's a 20 minute cycle to and from work so i will get cardio each day. So i have decided to cancel the direct debit with the gym and get a weight bench for the house.

Having bought a decent bike money i don't have a huge amount of money for weights and looking for something for a beginner starting off.

Seen these two on Argos they are cheap but if anybody could tell me if they are much use to a beginner. My aim is at the moment to tone up and gain some muscle.

Read convict conditioning and get a pull up bar. Better option than cheap benches.
