A case was heard in a circuit criminal court in 2008. The sentencing adjourned for a year.is there any way to find out what the sentence was. It was a sexual abuse case.he pleaded guilty

Initially, contact the Circuit Court Office for the circuit in question.

No online records of outcomes in the circuit court. Highly unlikely to have been a written judgment either. So unless you find a report in the local paper, the only information you are likely to get from the court is the outcome.
