VIP coils

I've been vaping for about 1 yr & have always used the VIP stuff.

They keep changing their hardware and juices & now I find the coils aren't even lasting me a week, whereas they're supposed to last 3wks. I have an absolute pain in the face with the hardware leaking or chargers suddenly failing or liquid burning and going dark brown.

I do enjoy vaping and will continue for the moment but I want to see if this issue with coils burning out fast is a general issue amongst vaping systems?

I also went with VIP as their kiosks are handy - do all other vaping systems/ set ups have to be bought online?

Would really appreciate feedback as I don't know anyone else that vapes.

I was a regular user until recently - got the photon tank starter kit about a year ago. Increasingly I was getting dud clearomizers, didn't like the new style of clearomizer either - seemed like sucking a straw compared to the original ones.

Anyway, about a month ago, I went looking for alternatives. I got the eGo One starter kit in the vape cafe on Capel St. It's a whole world of difference really - since then I got a 30W iStick and a Kanger subtank mini and have given all my VIP stuff away.

I use the eGo One as my work vape device, and have the Kanger at home.

The other thing about the VIP ones was that when I was using them, I was still regularly smoking as well, since I got the new ones, I haven't really needed to smoke since - I feel all my smoking needs are filled by my new vape devices - I get the whole sensation of smoking, but with amazing flavours and no tobacco, tar, etc

Did the person on the stand tell you the coils should last three weeks?

They don't. I work for vip. 10-14 days is average for each bdc coil. It even says it in the packet, so I dunno why you were told three weeks, so I'm sorry!

You can get Aspire BVC coils for a tenner a pack. Same thing basically, they will work with your VIP stuff and will last longer. Depending on where you're based, I can recommend where to get them if you don't like buying online.

As for the liquid changing - most of the old style of the liquid (usa tobacco, menthol, blueberry, cappuccino, few others) is available in small bottles for four euro each. Not suggesting you go buy them, but just letting you know!

Thanks a mil for this, I found a vape place on way home from work so I'll pop in there and get coils (costing me 4 euro with VIP). Really wish I had known that they're not meant to last 3 wks! Still no way I'm getting 10-14 days. I'll see how these new coils go.

And I think I'll have to look into moving onto something else. Def want to have decent hardware.
