Hi everybody. I have been in a great routine for the last 3 months but shortly I will be at home to concentrate on a very tough set of exams. My question is, what are the chances of me stating in this routine of being up at 6am?

    I'd say less than that

    Your posting this at 10am.

I would say your chances are slim

I think it should be very easy to state it.

If a train leaves Dublin at 11am with 73 passengers travelling at 90 km/h, making 3 stops of 10 mins each where 27 more passengers get on, and 16 get off, while a train leaves Cork at the same time with 112 passengers and travels 105 km/h making only 2 stops with no passengers exiting and 17 boarding... what time will my lunch be ready OP?

They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time, it works every time.

There is no lunch. It was stolen at Broombridge station along with your phone and ipod.

What ever time you get up at now, try getting up 2 hours earlier. This is doable.

No routine that involves getting up at 6am can be considered a good routine.

3-months tucked under your belt - Well Done! :) Don't put too much stress on yourself. Set your alarms. Great tips & advice in the Lifehacking forum on getting up early, right here is one thread.

I reckon once you discipline yourself, then you can. Don't be too hard on yourself should you miss a few, will inevitably happen at some point as your body will need a break.

    Best of Wishes though,

So what's going to happen now that you don't have to get up at 6am, is that you will going to bed a little later, and that will get added to lie in time, and that will continue on, little by little a few minutes per day.

If you want to stick to the routine, you need to go to bed on time every night. It won't work otherwise.
