Hi, I need to change the fuel filter in my 2012 peugot 3008 1.6D 112bhp. Can anyone tell me exactly where it's located in the engine?

Its located on top of the engine under/one side the airfilter box...To gain access to it you will need to remove the scuttle panel between the windscreen and engine.

    Here we go..:-)

Thanks guys, if the primers not working is there a workaround or does it need 2 be replaced Also? does anything need to be done to prevent fuel from spilling?

Got one going the other week with easy start (can of lynx :o). 2010 citreon bus with the 1.6hdi(Maybe they finally got around to sorting it on the later ones??). The primer at the back of the engine done nothing despite 1000 squeezes. Battery went flat etc. Shot of lynx into the intake and it fired up straight away.

Have'nt seen them to fail yet but i suppose anything is possible.
If your handy with servicing cars then it should be straight forward enough..just be careful of the water drain off plunger thats down the centre of the filter as it can be tricky getting into the correct position when fitting the new filter.
If you pm me an email address i'll see if i can send on some guides..;)

keep the Lynx for the hot summer were going to have...:)
