Sky app on iPhone

    I've had this app on my iPhone and iPad for years and it's worked perfectly until a few days ago.
    For some reason it logged me out and I can't sign in again. It's a nuisance as I cant get my Favourite Channels or record anything.
    Anyone else having this issue?

    It's a terrible app it does that to me regularly. The only way I can sort it is to uninstall/ reinstall it and it will work again.... For a while...

    I can't access my planner anymore through it. Can't find my sky box. Can still remote record. Pain in the ass.

    Check Is your sky box connected to wifi?

    It is working perfectly for me but only if the Sky box and phone are on the same WiFi network which I believe is required.

    I've the same problem as adox. I can remote record but the app will never find my HD box. Have tried everything. Sometimes if I delete the app and reinstall it it finds the box for a day or so but then looses it again. Its the same with both my iPhone and iPad, so I've come to the conclusion its probably something to do with my router. Adox you're not on Vodafone Home Broadband by any chance?

    Yeah I'm with Vodafone.

    Deleting the app and reinstalling makes no difference. Phone and sky box on same network.
