Front suspension swivel joints

Hi just had my NCT on peugeot 407 and it failed on front suspension swivel joints worn on both sides on the front, now I know nothing about cars and am wondering if somebody could tell me if this is an expensive job, thanks

Probably bottom ball joints as they are a common problem on the 407.

Not a big job, just anoyingly awkward in their design & location. I'd be reckoning a couple of hundred for them supplied and fitted.
