    Hi all

Currently eating smoked salmon and some scrambled eggs for dinner, looking for a high protein meal. Does this have too much colesterol/salt or is it a good option?

Dietary cholesterol does not translate to elevated blood cholesterol, it turns out. Eat eggs. Eat all the eggs.

    Nom Nom Nom.

Makes a quality breakfast and dinner.

Try get the caught smoked salmon as opposed to the farmed salmon if ya can afford it.

    Tesco do both
