It smells fine, the best before date is May 23rd, but when I poured it a lil' lump or two came out...
I don't want to throw my coffee away.

If you need to ask that question I think you need to move back in with Mammy for a few more years.

Did you perhaps put the milk in the freezer by mistake? The lumps could be ice.

if it's two or three days ago where you are then the milk should be still good

It's just a little bit of milk around the spout that dried and loosened when you opened the lid again. Fell in your coffee.

I would throw it out to be honest, nothing turns my stomach like milk on the turn. Retching just thinking about it :(

Maybe the milk is from the future. Ask it questions, OP!

"Gone off"I think is the expression.
"Gone bad"suggests it's cruising the streets looking for trouble.

If you're a religious person this is a question you should ask your pastor

Can milk that has gone off kill you? That is the question.

Taking milk in your coffee might be OK if your idea of good coffee is a mug of Maxwell House Mild Blend. I'd never destroy a good cup of freshly-ground single estate coffee by adding milk to it.

Fine, but that's got nothing to do with the thread.

Not that it's any of your business, but I had poured the aforementioned milk into my steaming pitcher, thereafter creating a perfect microfoam with some additional froth to be added to my shot of locally-roasted espresso (dialed in, ground, dosed and distributed into my VST 15g basket) which poured in a beautiful, single, tiger-striped strand from the centre of my naked portafilter.

Forgive me for - in the Italian tradition - starting my day with a cappuccino.

OP could ask for a blessing and get the milk pastor-ised.

I knew the Von would have something to say and he didn't disappoint. Although to be fair, I don't take milk in my coffee either, so I agree
