antique wood carved figure help needed.

    Hi I have a wood carving which,any info on would be greatly appreciated.

    It is intricately carved all over, I presume it is Madonna and child or possibly st Anne and Mary.

    Could be depicting our lady of the angels,
    our lady of the abandoned, or our lady of the forsaken.

    It appears in medieval style. I have not been able to find it exactly anywhere and any recent carvings are nowhere near the quality.

    Any help would be great or direction towards experts.
