I am looking for advice on how a modern sealed house is designed around the chimney to keep the insulation envelope.

See attached image of what I thought this would be detailed. This may be completely out of date? Just looking for feedback. thanks.

Continue the cavity wall as normal but build the chimney on the outside, so that there's 100mm of block between the insulation and flue
