Drawing up House Plans

    Hi all. Looking for any recommendations for someone around Limerick/Tipperary/Clare direction to draw up a set of house plans. We know what we want so we are not looking for any design advice; just someone to draw up what we want in order to submit for planning. Anybody reasonably priced as on a budget! PM me. Thanks

    Have you approached the local woodwork teacher?
    Or retired Garda ?

    It's going to be tough for you. The planning stage will be the cheapest portion of your build. If you are struggling now to pay for a technician you may want to have a detailed BOQ prepared so you know the total project can be completed.

    You are going to have to appoint an Assigned Certifier and an energy consultant so no harm working the budget now and try include them from an early stage.
