basically I want to add another roller door at the other side of my garage. have a roller door at one side of the garage and now want to add another roller door at the opposite side. two vintage cars are parked in the garage length ways (its a long garage). if I want to get the inside one out I have to take the first car out as well. what is involved with making an opening at the other side of the garage. the garage is build fro 9 inch cavity blocks. I would get a builder to do it but want to know 1. is it possible (or would the whole wall fall down), 2. what would need to be done.

How much Wall is above the Door height.? Generally it can be done ok. the wall needs to be supported while the ope is cut out. The fit a Head to support the Wall the fit the roller shutter and the job is done. I'd suggest you might consider a 4 panel Insulated Garage Door to retain a little heat in the Garage.
