Alternative to o2 Money Card

I have an o2 Money card. As Three have taken over o2 I want to find an alternative. Based on past experience I don't want to do business with Three. What's the best alternative?

You could also look at Wirecard, while it's issues from a German bank, its available to Irish Customers with an English interface.
