Cyberghost and DNS leak

On my windows 7 64 bit I have DNS leak with cyberghost when using the vpn even though the CG DNS is in the networks/properties/TCP/IP v4/properties/general tab.Why would this be? It did not happen before but now i have ethernet through a homeplug. Would that make a difference? Thanks
