sub 300 euro office laptop

    Hi all,

    My mam needs a new laptop for work. She's currently using an atom 1gb 11" piece of crap.. that freezes up all the time.

    Not looking for anything super, just something that can run chrome, office applications and not freeze up on her when she opens/closes something.

    Budget is under 300 preferred. I know this leaves it with a celeron processor, but as above, she doesn't need anything that will multitask expensive. Would like to aim for 2gb minimum. HDD size isn't important either as it's only documents that are stored.

    Size wise, I guess 13" would be ideal, but 15" isn't out of the question.

    Battery life doesn't need to be amazing either.

    Don't need dvd drive, webcam, microphone, etc etc.

    Just something for office and internet usage.

    Ideally Windows 7 preferred.. Last thing I want to do is force her to learn windows 8...

    Any recommendations would be great!
