I have been receiving the ibood emails for quite a while and in the last month there were two deals interesting to me. A NAS a few weeks ago and today/tonight (deal for the 11th) a Nexus 7 2013.

Both times I went to the site to actually buy the deal and both times it was within 10 minutes past midnight, e.g. within 10 minutes the deal is on.

It was gone both times. Question is: do they actually have any kind of stock or is it too popular?

I think the problem is that the site actually updated at 12:00am CET, so to get the bargains you would have to be on the site just after 11pm.

And yep they do have stock but some bargains sell out quicker than others

Interestingly enough their email hits me always after midnight GMT. This particular one has timestamp of 'Date: Mon, 11 May 2015 01:04:21 +0200 (CEST)' which translates to 00:04 Irish time.

Got the mail too and was rightly pissed off when I saw it was gone already! :(

Jimbob is right, the new offer is 23:00 IE time, not midnight. This has caught me out more than once :pac:

The Nexus deal is a refurb, probably don't have that many to start with. I wouldn't pay that for a refurb regardless, especially from iBood.
