Once Off Bin Collections?

    Hi all,
I'm living in a house by myself in the city centre over the summer but as my college roommates have moved out for the summer (I'm staying here to work), my landlord suggested I look into this as I wouldn't fill bins enough to be paying for them to be collected every week. I know such a service exists but after searching it I can only find it in Dublin. What I'm looking for is a service that charges you to pick up a bin of rubbish once off when it's full? Does anyone know of anything along those lines or have any other ideas?

    Thanks a mill :)
