FS Steel Frame Single Speed

Selling a recent build of a single speed. 80's Raleigh frame. Aside from the frame and the handle bars all the bits are new. Very little use (less than 100km). Need to move it on. Some of the bits include:
Chrome forks - new
Charge spoon saddle
Tekro long drop calipers
Wheels include a flip flop rear hub (you'll need a chain tug to use as a fixie).

The top tube length is 21'' (54cm)
From top to crank is 22'' (56cm)
The components ( including the chrome firk)are all new except the bars (44cm wide).
Stem is 10cm.

Bike is in Dublin. Collection preferred.

Any interest at all?

It needs to be gone as no space. Its just not getting used. I'd rather avoid the pain of adverts and I dont really have time to strip and sell the bits on their own.

Thanks a mill for the interest - hopefully it fits!
I'm not 100% sure how the rules work on here for this situation but I'm sure we can work it out!

I am away back to Cork Thursday eve so this week you can take a look at the bike this or Wednesday eve (D16 Knocklyon / Firhouse) I will have it with me in City Centre (D1 Abbey Street Lower)Thursday daytime but then I need to head back to Cork so after that it will be Monday.
Its only advertised / available via this forum and not advertised elsewhere so its 'held' pending another offer.
What I would say is that should an offer be made before you get to see it I will let you know and you can decide then what to do. So essentially you are 1st in queue.

Would offer €125 subject to inspection. Class tonight but can probably spin over between work and training tomorrow.

Won't be able to make it round tonight but could drop up next week. BTW I'm 5 10 would this bike fit or would you think it's a tad big
