Am I entitled to holiday pay

    hi, I recently got let go from my job. I've 7 months worked with no Holidays taken, am I entitled to holiday pay???

    I think I would be but I never signed a contract so I've no back up

    Legally you should have about 12 days. Once you've been paying tax etc and getting payslip it should be fairly easy to prove.

    Thanks for your help, I've got new work so if I ask for my p45 and I have trouble getting it, revenue can get it off them, is that true??

    Tell them you will be picking up the phone to

    a) NERA
    b) Revenue

    That will focus their minds.

    They have to give you a P45 by law
