    Hi,

Is it possible to appeal the severity of a sentence or request a review of same 20 years after the sentence has been served? There is no new evidence or information and conviction was sound, but harsh.

    Cheers

AFAIK The only review mechanism is one of potential innocence on discovery of new evidence or something new is discovered about existing evidence.
