Hi folks, So couple of quick questions. First: Does my security deposit gain interest with my landlord? (I have been there for over 3 years) Second: The sub tenants are refusing to pay the last months rent. Can the landlord use that to cover the last months rent? Thanks in advance :)

So couple of quick questions.

First:

Second:
The sub tenants are refusing to pay the last months rent. Can the landlord use that to cover the last months rent?
