    Hi

Got a letter from my Intreo office which says:

I am writing to you about your claim for Jobseekers Allowance and wish to let you know that your means have been calculated as follows:

    TOTAL WEEKLY MEANS: €0.00

Does this mean I have been cut off welfare?!

    Thanks for any replies.

It means that you do not have any means and should get your full payment.

I would take it to mean, that after the DSP "means" tested you, they found you had no "means" hence the €0.00 and you should receive a full payment.

If you had means they would calculate a deduction based on your means

    that's a lot of use of the word mean . . . . - _ -
