€300 build, looking for some sanity checks

    Hi guys. Making a build for a friend.

    Budget 300~ probably 350 max
    No monitor needed. Unsure of screen res so I am assuming 1080p.
    Expected to play the latest COD (and probably similar titles) and minecraft.
    Already have a 270X which I am using in this.
    Considered going intel but saw this CPU recommended on Tom's Hardware. Seems great at a glance anyway. Not willing to overclock for someone else on a cheaper CPU like the anniversary intel.

    With a MSI H81M P33 is 45
    Get an Antec One case. €45
    400w PSU is loads for this
