It looks to be a standard FTA satellite/Saorview setup. Is it any good in what way?

Do you already have a dish?

    Works fine for us
Changed from sky about 1 year ago
Cant fault their service just too expensive

As we already had the sat dish and a sourview compatible tv it was just a matter of putting up a uhf aerial
took about 1 hour and cost €30 for aerial and cable

Although it is possible to use your existing sky box perfectly legit for to view the free sat channels you will need a saorview compatible tv or saorview box for the RTE stations after this inital outlay for the equipment your good to go

however this leaves you with a somewhat awkward setup as you would be using 2 remotes to switch between satellite and terrestial tv but not a problem if you dont mind
But there is a better way

    What I did was I bought a combi box ( amiko alien 2 ) € 140 which has 3 tuners built in
2 satellite & 1 terrestial tuners ( no need for the saorview box ) this means I can record programmes on the satellite stations while watching RTE using a usb hard drive that I had lying around
All in 1 box with 1 remote
A good few stations are now also in HD for free
    RTE 1 HD
    RTE 2 HD
    BBC HD
    Channel 4 HD
    UTV HD
    All at no extra cost

FTA tv is great. I wouldn't recommend the likes of Billfree TV though. There are much cheaper avenues of getting a system setup.

Their website seems to be gone so I don't know if they are still around.

I got that system installed about 18 months ago. It’s not perfect. Wind blows the dish off track and impacts the signal and I need to pay the installers to put it right. Error messages pop up from time to time and if you don’t press the right button it deletes channels and it was a struggle to get them back. Setting up recording was very difficult and it’s still not working too well. The audio and visual are never in sync which can be offputting. On the plus side it’s nice not to have bills coming in all the time for watching tv. So be warned this is not an easy or perfect solution but when it works it’s ok and more or less does the job. After sales support not great.

Suggest you get a different installer to do a proper job on securing the dish, sounds like your current one is enjoying the repeat business.
