    Hi all,

I'm putting a business plan together for my passive house business and am going through the local development route.

Is a letter of Intent crucial to the business plan?
What would a letter of Intent typically Include?

    Thanks

What do you mean by going through the local development route? Explain the details a bit more

    Hi thanks for the reply

I have to submit my business plan into the local development office to get approved before I apply for the BTWEA.

Nothing too complicated then its probably the same as whatever you'd normally write in the first page of your business plan, except a bit more personal.

A brief description of your business idea, a few lines why you want to it do from a personal and a business perspective, and something positive about the BTWEA scheme.
