Can someone please help me in Cancelling Sky VIA mySky online.. As under the T&C of ROI you are meant to be able to Cancel them using this method.. this method is not available as i can see online

No, I wouldnt think so. Most likely they will ask you to PM your name and contact number and they will call you. Alternatively just send a PM to Sky: Reps and ask them to call you back. They usually do this before 5:00 PM on the same day.
