Does anyone know how you find a landlord who will sign up to the ras scheme.
It's proving to be a very difficult task.we need somewhere in Drogheda or surrounding areas.
    Any advise greatly appreciated

It would make sense for councils to provide a list of landlords who have properties they're willing to rent out under the RAS scheme but as far as Dublin is concerned (I can only speak for Dublin), there are no such lists.

You'll just have to search for any suitable property within your budget and then ask the LL if he's willing to sign up to the scheme.

System is broken. Landlords little or no interest in jumping through the council's hoops.
