Apologies if this has been asked before (which I’m sure it has) but would anyone be able to recommend me someone/somewhere in North County Dublin or Dublin city centre that would be good at trueing a wheel and possibly rebuilding it.

Maybe not quite city centre, but BeeCycles (run by boards user Holyboy) in Dolphin's Barn always gets good reviews for wheels on here, and I can't fault a truing/tensioning job he did for me.

Holyboy is probably one of the best wheel builders in the country. Also have heard good reports about Expert Cycles in Rathfarnham.
