Suggestions for European Kids TV shows?

We haven't had a TV in our house before, but a few months ago we got Netflix. My eight year old has already picked up a lot of Americanisms at school such as the accent, some words like pavement, sidewalk, "totally awesome" and more annoyingly, attitude like "deal with it", "whatever" etc.

Watching a moderate amount of Netflix has made this worse and I dont like exposing her to too much of the same thing (I'm not xenophobic, but I want her too to get variety if thats how much impact TV is going to have).

We generally watch BBC documentaries and she loved DVDs like Peppa Pig before she outgrew them. But for kids TV can anyone recommend from around the EU (or evem Asia etc) that I can use to broaden what shes exposed to when she watches? I'm considering binning Netflix and buying DVDs for her again instead. She loved Diego and Dora but the rest of what catches her eyes is very samey stuff with little value IMO.

    Thanks for any sugguestion.
