Mature student assessment form

I applied for WIT as a mature student but I didn't get my mature student assessment form back on time as I wasn't aware that the post was routed to Cork before delivery, anyway I heard that If I change some of my courses on the 5th of May when the change of mind becomes available that I would get another mature student…
