Toilet filling when flushed

    Hi guys
The toilet in my apartment is filling about 2/3s full when flushed so I presume it must be blocked somewhere? I imagine it is only going to get worse as well...

I can't see anything stuck in it and after much google have tried a toilet brush, a mop with plastic bag, washing up liquid and boiling water tricks and it has not helped. As I live in an aaprtment I can't investigate the drain outside.

Any other suggestions before I call a plumber?

    Thanks a million

Call the management company. They are responsible for everything outside the apartment.
