Best Value 10" Tablet for around 200 euro?

    Hi all, the brother is looking for a 10" tablet but trying to keep it to around 200 euro.

    I see currys/pc world were doing the Galaxy tab 4 for 250 euro.
    The nexus 9 is around 200 sterling but doesn't have expandable memory.

    This lenovo is around 140 euro in argos

    Any thoughts recommendations? he seems set on having a 10" screen.
    Any others he should be looking at?
