The Ice King puzzles me. At first impression he seems mean and angry. He causes a lot of trouble for people with his scary Ice Powers, then other times, he just strikes me as a lonely old man who craves love and acceptance. I believe he is a good man at heart who has been crippled by mental illness and that's what can lead him to do bad things so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

So what's the overall consensus on the Ice King, is he evil or just misunderstood?

Only then will he know true freedom, love, forgiveness and connection. The freedom to live a joyful, compassionate, loving and peaceful existence.
