Longer drags in Sth Kildare

I'm looking for longer climbs in Sth Kildare, say around Kildare Town/Newbridge for some hill repeats. Ideally something like this, over 1 km long with a decent elevation gain:

Preferably quiet roads, arthritic dogs.... Asking a lot I know :P

Anyone know of any? (and don't worry, your KOMs won't be at any risk)

Hill of Allen, Boston Hill, Dunmurry Hill and the wall, all set between Kildare Newbridge,Rathangan area and all within a few km of eachother i dont think they are consistant 6% more like 3-5 but they are close by eachother and can be done in succession in a nice loop.

Other than that i usually head Stradbally direction in Laois, chicken byrne hill and the windy gap.

Im not a good climber at all so i personally find these testing especially in repeats.

There is a 1 km climb at Ballynure, close to Crookstown & Rathsallagh of about 7% gradient, great for repeats.

If you have a mountain or cross bike, you can do repeats on the hill of Allen-off road up as far as the round tower. I think the climb from the car park to the top is about 800 metres in length and averages about 10% the whole way, but with much steeper bits along the way, especially towards the top. On road, as others have mentioned, boston-allen-dunmurray-the wall is the classic hilly Kildare loop.

In west Kildare pretty much everything I could think of is here,

Depending on which way the wind is blowing any of those hills can be a reasonable challenge.
