    Lie down in a dark room or else put a pillow over your eyes. Take two solpadine and don't move your head for at least half an hour. After that only move your head very slowly.

    Depends how often you have them really. If they are frequent prophylaxis may be needed. These kind of medicines are prescription only and would best be discussed with your GP.
