    I've gone through checktheregister.ie but the link to download the form won't work.

    Can someone link me to a copy, thanks

    It's the "inclusion on the supplement" form you need.

    May as well make some use of the thread and ask what the craic is with identification. Will my Agecard suffice?

    Hmmm, not too sure. I'd bring passport and a bill to be on the safe side.
