Luas to Cherrywood, get a bus to Bray Dart station and get the 184 to Newtown. 184 goes via Greystones dart station too.

75 Bus to Stillorgan crossroads, then Bus Eireann route 133 to Newtownmountkennedy.

Jump on your bike, you'll be there in no time.

That also incudes about a mile of a walk.

    Where?

    Where?

Well it's probably more like a 1km walk from Cherrywood LUAS stop to the 145 stop on the N11. I would discount the 84 unless it can be timed properly.

Realistically the only option is the 75 to Stillorgan Crossroads, and 133 to Newtownmountkennedy.

OP - use www.a-b.ie and tweak the settings as necessary.

You'd have to walk from the Luas stop down to the N11, looking at just under a kilometer walk.

Oh, wouldn't have thought it that far but I suppose that's right. Wouldn't put me off it as an option though.

Plus from the bus stop to the dart station is another 700 metres

No need to go to the DART station - the 145 and 184 both stop on the Main Street in Bray.

But as I've posted above, the OP would probably be better sticking with the 133 rather than taking a tour via Greystones on the 184. The morning inbound peak 133 services, and evening outbounds bypass Bray altogether which makes it a much more logical choice than the 184.

That bus stops at Stillorgan crossroads where a connection can be made with the 75 to Dundrum. Unfortunately it does not stop at Cherrywood.

Timetable for the 133 is here:
