    Hi,

Looking into my next project of replacing some cable (Virgin when it comes to do this). I'm running 105s on a road bike. Looking at the cable options on the interweb, cable seems to be pretty expensive with most options running at 25-30 euro for gear cables and likewise for brake cables. Is this necessary? I notice there is cheaper cable down around the 5-6 euro mark and so not sure what to look for!

    any advice?

    Jon

I got mine recently on ebay and it's as good as Shimano from using it for 3 months. Link. Got inner and outer cable and it comes with all the ferrules necessary. They'll cut it to size also if you want. Great service.

I used Parcl Motel for delivery btw.

cheers for the recommendation. What groupset are you running? Any noticeable difference between Shimano and these?

Dura Ace RD, Ultegra crankset, no noticeable difference. Does the same job I find. Can be a bit complicated with descriptions if you're not sure which cable is which so if you're unsure email them 1st. The fella replies very quick and is a sound chap.
