pre-wired house - alarm recommendations

i am completing a bungalow renovation in north dublin at the moment.

based on advise received here (thanks!) our electrician has installed separate 6 core alarm wires from the alarm panel location to each of the following locations -
    • internal bell
    • external bell
    • 2 x keypads
    • 2 x pirs
    • 2 x smoke alarms
    • 1 x heat alarm
    • 9 x windows openings (8 openable panels, 9 fixed panels)
    • 3 x external doors
    • 1 x external sliding door

at present, all we have is wiring and so we are looking at what alarm system components we should use.

some of our requirements are -
    • use wired connections to all sensors/keypads/alarms/bells etc.
    • un-monitored system
    • 2 x fobs to turn system on/off on entry/exit
    • no gsm card
    • ip connected to internet
    • good browser/app notifications/system control (free app please)
    • modern system panel with large customer base

which panels would you guys recommend and what hardware cost am i looking at (excluding installation for the moment)?

    thanks for your help,

    slip

Plenty of systems on the market that will cover what you need.
For Apps have a look at this thread here.

For pricing you would need to contact local installers or if you plan to do this yourself have a ring around the suppliers.
