In an urban setting, a two storey premises where the first floor extends at one side to adjoin the neighbouring house and forms an arch over a public road - how is this situation indicated / marked up on a standard OSI Land Registry Compliant Map ?

Thanks for the reply, I have looked at the document, however, my understanding is that this applies to multi story developments, specifically apartments where separate owenrships are involved - not to an individual property in sole ownership ?

    from the document
    11. Under/Over archway registrations
11.1 The Registry does not require floor plans to register such properties, Folios will state whether the archway is included or excluded.
11.2 In the non-conclusive boundary system, the exact line or plane of the title boundary is left undetermined for boundaries located within buildings.
