Recommend a filler

Hi, we got new skirting boards fitted and I've been filling the gap between the wall with gripfill. Got up this morning and it has all dried and cracked and chipped. Not sure what happened but will have to scrape it out. Can anyone recommend another product that will work in a gun? Cheers

Decorators caulk is the job for that.
